A $25 non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This will be used to reserve your spot, and will be deducted from your total. If you do however ‘no show’ or cancel the same day, you will NOT be refunded this deposit.
Deposit
There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are late after 10 minutes, there will be a $10 penalty added to your total. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule. Please inform me via call or text if you are going to be late for your appointment, no less than 30 minutes in advance.
Grace Period
For additional guests, please inform me 2 hours in advance of your appointment time via call or text. Please be mindful of the personnel, space, and environment of the salon.

Right to refuse
For the comfort and safety of not only the salon but all personnel, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: health, hygiene concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with the salon policies.
